Benjamín Morales-del Valle joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2000 and since 2001 represents clients in commercial litigation, insurance disputes and appellate actions. Mr. Morales also worked in the finance sector on Paine Webber of Puerto Rico(now UBS)

Mr. Morales has routinely handled for more than 10 years civil litigations, insurance issues, corporate law and construction claims. His practice is particularly focused on insurance, personal injury, medical malpractice defense law, tort actions, construction claims, environmental litigation, and contractual and administrative disputes in both federal and local courts.
